Bill McArthur Seascape Art
Bill McArthur attended Edinburgh College of Art (School of Drawing & Painting) and Edinburgh University (Fine Art Department ), graduating in 1963 . He then moved to London where he worked as a Junior Art Director with J. Walter Thompson Advertising before returning to Edinburgh to develop his own successful screen-printing business in the late Sixties and early Seventies.
Carl Wadley Galilee Sanday
Originally from Chepstow in South Wales, Carl moved around the globe. He found himself living in Wales, England, Germany, United Arab Emirates and now Orkney. Specialising in paper craft, graphic art and photography. His projects are community based and involve ensuring the heritage of the island is preserved for future generations.
Vicky Shaw
Vicky Shaw studied at Staffordshire University in the UK gaining a BA(Hons) and thereafter an MA in Ceramic Design. On completion of the postgraduate study she became a Research Fellow in the School of Art & Design, Ceramics Department at the University of Wolverhampton, specialising in Ceramic Printing. On completion of the period of research in 1988 Vicky was appointed as a part-time lecturer at Wolverhampton teaching on the BA Ceramics Course. Her workshop is in Orkney, currently Vicky is working as a freelance maker and educator.
Among her many achievements and awards Vicky has work in collections at Newport Museum and Art Gallery, Wales, World Ceramic Exposition Foundation, Icheon World Ceramic Centre, Republic of Korea, University of Wales Ceramic collection, Aberystwyth, Wales, The Wedgwood Museum Trust, Barlaston, Staffordshire, Imerys Minerals Head Office, Paris, Grainer Collection, Mint Museum Uptown, Charlotte, USA and the Liling Ceramics Valley Museum, Hunan, China.

Ruth is an inspirational artist specializing in glass art. After working as a Veterinary Nurse for many years her deep love of nature and animals great and small shows through in all of the fantastic artwork ruth so caringly makes.
